Vladimir Putin supports early presidential elections in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - President of Russia Vladimir Putin supports the decision to hold presidential elections in Kazakhstan, said press secretary of the Kazakh President Dauren Abayev.

"Vladimir Putin has just commented on the upcoming presidential elections in Kazakhstan and voiced his full support to the decision of his counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev to run for the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan," D. Abayev noted. Recall that the trilateral meeting of the presidents of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus is underway in the Akorda presidential residence in Astana.
