W Kazakhstan maintains economic relations with more than 100 countries of the world

ALSK. November 1. KAZINFORM /Yelzhan Yeraly/ West Kazakhstan region maintains economic relations with more than 100 countries of the world.

According to the data of the regional akimat (administration), main trade partners of the region are Russia, Finland, France, the USA, Italy, Ukraine, Great Britain, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands and Belarus.

Over 500 enterprises with participation of foreign capital are registered in the region. In 2010 KZT 233.6 bln was invested in the region's economy.

The akimat concluded intergovernmental and interregional treaties on trade-economic, scientific-technical and cultural cooperation with neighbor regions of Russia, the Udmurt Republic, Czechia and Poland.
