In separated studies presented at a conference organised by the European Association for the Study of Obesity in Dijon in central France, researchers said a good night's sleep is secret of staying thin. In a study presented by the European Centre of Taste Science, researchers said feelings of hunger were higher among a test group who slept four hours the previous night than among those who slept eight hours; Kazinform cites Xinhua.
