Warm spell and precipitations in store for Kazakhstan

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM The southern cyclone will bring snow and storms, high wind to the northern regions of Kazakhstan over the next three days. Mercury will rise to read -5-15 degrees Celsius in the nighttime, Kazhydromet reports.
