We need consent to presence of OSCE missions in conflict areas - Slovak President I. Gasparovic

ASTANA. December 1. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ We must confer the OSCE with necessary tools and mandate to provide flexible approach to conflicts prevention. President of Slovakia Ivan Gasparovic said it taking the floor at the OSCE Summit in Astana today.

According to him, this will promote more efficient actions directed on solution of the conflicts.

"It is important to restore the positions of the OSCE in architecture of security which it deserves. For this we need consent to presence of the OSCE missions in conflict areas", I. Gasparovic concluded.
