Weather warning in effect for two rgns of Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM A weather warning has been issued for Almaty and East Kazakhstan regions, Kazhydromet reports. 

Rains, heavy downpours expected locally in Almaty region, are forecast to spark a rise in water levels in the mountain rivers of Almaty and East Kazakhstan regions on August 30, the message reads.
