West Kazakhstan Akim receives Russian Consul

URALSK. April 17. KAZINFORM. /Gaissagali Yeraly/ Akim of West Kazakhstan region Baktykozha Izmukhambetov has received newly appointed Consul of Russia in Uralsk Alexander Novikov.

The parties noted that the relations between the two states would continue developing. West Kazakhstan region borders on five Russian counties. Last year the volume of commodity circulation between the region and Russia amounted to USD 2,7 billion. There are 233 joint ventures between West Kazakhstan region and Russia.
