West Kazakhstan: Ex-Head of Sports Dept sentenced to 12 years in jail

URALSK. KAZINFORM - Ex-Head of Sports Department of West Kazakhstan region Muslim Undagonov has been sentenced to 12 years in prison.

The verdict has been announced today by Akgul Karasaeva, judge of specialized interdistrict Criminal Court of West Kazakhstan region.

According to the verdict, Muslim Undaganov sentenced to 12 years imprisonment with confiscation of property, his three accomplices to 11 years and 8 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property as well. In addition, they have been deprived of the right to hold public office. They created the criminal organization and stole KZT 170 million from the budget.
