What countries will help Kazakhstan in drone production

In a reply to Kazinform News Agency’s official request, the Ministry of Industry and Construction informed of the plans to launch production of unmanned aerial vehicles in Kazakhstan.

As for the production of unmanned aerial vehicles … As part of military-technical cooperation with the domestic defense and industrial complexes, together with the companies of Türkiye, China, Israel, South Korea and other countries, we implement a number of projects on mastering technologies of production and maintaining various types of UAVs, the ministry says.

Kazakhstan does not plan to build new drone manufacturing plant in the nearest time, since the country has enough highly-qualified professionals and production capacities at the existing defense and industrial complexes.

It should be noted that there is a number of enterprises in Kazakhstan, like LLP R&D Center Kazakhstan Engineering, LLP KazTechInnovations, LLP Bet sky, LLP SC Tech, LLP Smartplane and others, that work towards development and production of ISR and dual-purpose drones both for domestic market and for export, the ministry says.
