Winners of Speed Skating Championship of Kazakhstan - announced

ASTANA. March 26. KAZINFORM The names of Kazakhstan Speed Skating Championship winners are known, the press service of the Sports Palace 'Alatau' informs.

Olga Zhigina from Astana became a gold medalist of the Championship in total of 4 distances in classic all-round among women. Yelena Urvantseva from Petropavlovsk and Marina Ivanova from Karaganda were second and third respectively.

Artem Belousov was the winner of the same event among men. Maxim Baklashkin from Astana was second and Fedor Mezentsev from Almaty finished third.

Head coach of the national team of Kazakhstan Vladimir Sayutin and absolute world champion in all-round classic and Olympic Games prize winner Oleg Bozhev handed over the medals to the winners of the Championship.
