Women of Kazakhstan spend more money on themselves than our country on armament - N. Nazarbayev

ASTANA. March 5. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ The women of Kazakhstan spend more money on themselves than our country on armament. President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev jokingly noted at the Congress of Women of Kazakhstan.

"I want to tell you a state secret. As the Minister of Economic Development and Trade told me our women spent more on themselves than the country on armament. It is not surprising. Women have to be victorious every day," the Head of State noted.

N. Nazarbayev also emphasized that our women had always glorifies our homeland. "We all know Bibigul Tulegenova, Roza Rymbayeva, Aiman Musakhodzhayeva and others - they are our pride," the President said.

Besides, the Head of State noted that 40 percent of all medals at the Asian Games were won by our ladies.
