Working dogs helped to uncover 16 crimes
TALDYKORGAN. KAZINFORM - Working dogs of Taldykorgan Police Dog Service helped to uncover 6 burglaries and 10 drug-related crimes, Internal Affairs Department reports.

In 2013, with the help of tasks dogs there were uncovered 149 crimes including 5 homicides, 68 burglaries and 12 robberies. Four people detained in suspicion of rape.
The canine center has German Shepherds, Belgian Malinois and spaniels. Search dogs have been attached to each regional division of the police and «Rubezh» checkpoints.
At the initiative of the Internal Affairs Department the activity of the Police Dog Service is being significantly expanded to enable common use of dogs in straggling against drug trafficking, protection of public order and in criminal police.
