Working group on increase of Kazakhstani participation in purchases held session

ASTANA. January 21. KAZINFORM. In accordance with the commission of the Kazakh President on intensification of work on increase of the Kazakh participation in purchases of goods, services, organizations? and state bodies? activities a session of the working group, including reps of state bodies and ?SamrukKazyna? National Welfare Fund has been held, Kazinform refers to the press service of the Kazakh Prime Minister.

The working group elaborates bills, providing conformation of general estimation procedure of Kazakhstani participation in purchases of organizations, liability for violation of legislative norms on public purchases, improvement of monitoring system of Kazakhstani participation in purchases of organizations and state bodies, introduction of amendments to order of goods origin certification. Along with the improvement of the legislative framework, one of the main purposes of the group is promotion of transparency of the process of purchasing in the national companies and mineral developers. Mid-term plans of purchases of the national companies ? ?Samruk Kazyna? Fund?s members - are planned to be published.
