Workshop on greenhouse gas emissions verification to be held in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - A workshop themed Greenhouse gas emissions verification in accordance with the requirements of the international standards will be held in Kazakhstan for the first time on March 10-13.

The workshop is aimed at revealing potential of local specialists in verification of greenhouse gas emissions.

The training will be conducted by Consus Group experts, the leading company in the field of emission trading.

As part of the seminar, participants are to apply the European and international standards, explore common mistakes and challenges of verification process. They are to sit a test at the end of the workshop and the most successful participants will obtain certificates of competence.
