?The loan permits the continuation and scaling up of the original US$20 million Secondary and Local Roads Project (SLRP), which was approved in June 2004 to support the Government?s efforts in upgrading and rehabilitating secondary and local roads networks, and strengthening the capacity of the Roads Department,? the Bank said. The loan matures in 30 years and has a 5-year grace period, Kazinform cites ITAR-TASS.
