World Bank takes part in Kazakh projects on vocational education development

ASTANA. November 20. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ The World Bank renders assistance in realization of Kazakh projects in the field of technical and vocational education. Kazakh Minister of Education and science Zhanseit Tuimebayev has told about some of them today at the II international forum "Vocational Education and business: Dialogue of Partners" in Astana.

"Unified national qualification system is necessary for interaction of the business and education spheres. The best international professional standards selected by the professional community should be the basis of the system. In this regard, a project on further modernization of the system of technical and vocational education was developed together with the World Bank", he noted.

The main condition in realization of the project is participation of outstanding world centers on technical and vocational education in it. "We appeal all our foreign partners to take pat in the project", Z.Tuimebayev said.
