Yaroslava Shvedova pulls out of 2013 Wimbledon
LONDON. June 27. KAZINFORM Yaroslava Shvedova, Kazakhstan's last hope at 2013 Wimbledon, has withdrawn from the competition in London, Kazinform has learnt from Vesti.kz.
The 25-year-old Kazakh tennis player withdrew prior to her R2 match with 8th-seed Petra Kvitova of the Czech Republic yesterday.
Shvedova followed the likes of Victoria Azarenka, Marin Cilic, John Isner and Radek Stepanek who had left the courts of Wimbledon due to injuries.
