ASTANA. November 16. KAZINFORM - A 24-year-old woman has been deprived of parental rights for leaving the child in the ruins of a house.

According to the press service of the regional court the 24-year-old woman of no fixed abode left her 2-year-old daughter in a ruined house. The little girl was found in summer of the current year. She was hungry and dirty. The toddler was placed in a children's hospital and a month later transferred to a children's home.

The tutorship sued for the termination of the woman's parental rights. Delivered to the court «mother» was drunk and wore men's clothing.
Specialized Interdistrict juvenile court ordered the deprivation of parental rights and the recovery from the mother alimony.
