Meanwhile, a member of the oppositional Party of Regions, Yuri Miroshnichenko, believes that Yushchenko has no chances to get the parliament?s decision overturned; Kazinform refers to Itar-Tass.
The parliament?s decision ?is absolutely legal and complies with the Constitution,? he said.
The same party member, Alexander Yefremov, admits the Constitutional Court may recognize this decision as unconstitutional.
?The Court may overturn the parliament?s decision taking into account the pro-presidential majority (in the court ? Itar-Tass).
