Zhambyl police investigating murder of 4yo boy

TARAZ. KAZINFORM - Law enforcement agencies of Zhambyl oblast are investigating the murder of a 4-year-old boy, Kazinform refers to regional Department of Internal Affairs.

4-year-old boy went missing on May 17. His mother, aged 27, told the police that her son was playing on a playground, and then he suddenly disappeared. As a result of search activities the missing boy's body was found early in the morning in a private area near the house. Police officers have detained a 55-year old man who was previously convicted for theft in the Kyrgyz Republic. A criminal case under article 99 part 2 of the Criminal Code has been opened. The investigation is underway.
